Located in the historic district of Denver, Acova is sure to please all ages. Adults can enjoy the cozy and inviting atmosphere while kids are given a laminated menu of their own that includes a word search and a variety of options to choose from. Rather than having regular item names, Acova has chosen to name their childrens menu options with classic phrases we tend to hear from kids. A few examples include the "I'm not hungry" (cheeseburger), "What?" (mac and cheese), and the always faithful "I don't know" (chicken fingers). For every kids menu item, $2 will be donated to a local childrens charity that changes monthly. In addition to having great food and drinks (they even have wine slushies for the adults), Acova has an open patio perfect for the spring and summer. Kids can play outside while waiting for food, or just color on their menu. The food at Acova is Italian with a twist, and offers plenty of gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan options for those with dietary restrictions. Acova also serves an amazing brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 3pm, so you have an excuse to try out their legendary bread pudding french toast. Foir brunch they also feature a build-your-own bloody mary bar for only $3 each!
