In the cute Swedish town of Lindstrom, Minnesota, you'll find Anderson's lovely little ice cream shop!

If you like super cute small towns, Lindstrom, Minnesota, just northeast of the Twin Cities, is the place for you. Here, you'll find adorable mom and pops shops, green spaces for playing, and an overall friendly, down-home vibe. Oh, and there's a teacup-shaped watertower! Seriously, it's the most adorable watertower I've ever seen.

There's also delicious ice cream! Anderson's serves Cedar Crest Ice Cream, which is a family-owned ice cream maker in nearby Wisconsin. There are so many delicious choices, and you can't go wrong with any of them! The flavors here include Birthday Cake, French Silk, After Dinner Mint, Superman, Makinac Island Fudge, Bubblegum, Black Cherry, and many more! The prices here are very reasonable, as you can get a kids' ice cream cone for under $3. There's also a super cool Viking-inspired mural outside the shop where you and your kiddos can pretend to be ice-cream eating Vikings, riding your ship into the harbor!

The staff at this shop are always so friendly, and there's plenty of parking available along the streets here, in addition to parking in the lot. Lindstrom, Minnesota is seriously one of the cutest little small towns around and with it's decidedly Scandinavian vibe you can get in the spirit of Nordic heritage. Grab your ice cream and take a stroll down the cute, small town streets, or hop in your car and head down the road to check out the fun, interactive art at Franconia Sculpture Garden.
