Casa Verde delivers a long park perfect for bike riding with three play areas!

This is a long park with three playgrounds but this article describes the largest play area.

If you have a kid who likes to climb this is the place to go! There’s a climbing wall, a bunch of ladders, a sideways climbing bridge, and a huge jungle gym arch!

Six slides (two tube spiral, two sidewinders, a bumpy, one straight and another shorter bumpy with a slight turn.) Five of the six slides are on the main structure. Four are only accessible by a ladder. The sixth is on the rock wall also only accessible by ladder. There’s a tube tunnel, activities, two bridges, ground suspended hopping steps, and monkey bars. In the play area, there is a swing set of standard swings only.

Right next to the playground is a black top with basketball and funnel ball courts, four square and other blacktop games.

There are no bathrooms and street parking is easy. If you Google GPS search Casa Verde Park it will lead you to this playground. Of the other two playgrounds, one is close. The third is a tad farther but worth it.... advice: drive there.

The park is almost a mile long through a quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of sidewalks and no specific entrance. Around the park, you'll encounter bikers, dog walkers, joggers and community members. This is the perfect park for a day adventure- bring a lunch and hop to all three playgrounds at your own pace.

Jessie relocated to the Bay Area in 2013 to be a high school math teacher and since has gotten married, has two kids, and is now a SAHM, stay/slay at home mom. She enjoys working on her embroidery crafts and taking her kids to local playgrounds and regional nature parks, both of which were activities she became passionate about during the pandemic when she needed an outlet and a way to maintain her mental health. She loves encouraging local families and visitors alike to laugh, play, and explore. There’s so much to see and do so get outside and do it! #amom2kidsandapark
