Centennial Olympic Park is a memorable place to explore for all ages.

Where Atlantans come to play!  A beautiful, sprawling 21-acre public park was founded in 1996 as part of Atlanta’s efforts to welcome the world for the summer Olympics.  The highlight of the park is the Fountain of Rings. A large, beautiful, interactive fountain featuring synchronized lights and water that forms a splash pad that children are welcome to play in!  Afterward, dry off on the swings or by dangling from the monkey bars. There is a summer concert series and a huge party every Independence Day. Visiting the park at the end of a fun-filled day at the Aquarium or World of Coke, which are right across the street, is always a great idea. Do not be deterred to come out to play in the winter either.  There is a large ice-skating rink with plenty of hot chocolate!
