Central Park is a fabulous park and playground, located in the heart of a small town.

This park and playground is a really great spot for families to just soak in the outdoors, and spend quality time together. It's so great to find such a huge, new, quality playground in such a quiet little town. This playground has just about everything a kid could want, plus the equipment is all made by a local Minnesota company. So, visiting here, you're supporting local businesses.

There's a really cool faux rock wall arch for climbing and exploring, which is a huge hit for kids. There are other various ropes, faux rock steps, and stairs for kids to climb up, and several slides to come down. There's a really fun roller slide, which the kids absolutely love for its unique bumpy ride. There are several big kid and little kid swings, which are always a big hit, as well. There are bridges to cross, and tunnels to crawl through.

The most recent time we visited this park, the girls found some playmates and they played pirates, which this playground was actually really great for, and they all chased one another, with the group divided into 'good' pirates and 'bad' pirates. They pretended to walk the plank and had all sorts of pretend fun. It was so fun to see all the kids having a great time together.

This park also features softball and baseball fields, covered pavilions and picnic areas, and an adjacent splash pad in the summer, though the splash pad does charge a fee for entrance.

After getting all their sillies out at Central Park, head over to Dave's Town Club for a delicious burger.
