If you love fresh, delicious ice cream, and you love the retro vibe, Cone Brothers is the place for you!

We actually just stumbled upon this cute, retro ice cream shop by chance. I happen to love retro-themed restaurants and shops, and we don't have too many of these in the Twin Cities. So, this was a nice surprise! The interior of this cute ice cream shop is decorated with all sorts of retro decor, including old fashioned shop items, and vintage superhero items. The kids thought this was so fun!!

I love that this ice cream shop has so many fun flavors to choose from. The variety is great, and the flavors are unique and tasty. Some of the choices include Coconut Almond Bliss, Heaps of Love, Blueberry Cheesecake, Raspberry Rhapsody, Mint Avalanche, Maple Nut, Zanzibar Chocolate, Ultimate Oreo, and Strawberry Cheesecake. There's truly something for everyone here!

The shop owner was very nice and friendly, despite us walking in close to closing time. He was very patient with the kids, and made us feel so welcome. I loved that there was plenty of both indoor and outdoor seating available. While there was free parking in the lot, it is somewhat limited, and Richfield is a busy, tier-one suburb, so it's possible parking is limited on busy, hot days.

We really enjoyed this awesome ice cream shop and will definitely return! After enjoying a tasty treat here, head over to nearby Wood Lake Nature Center for some gorgeous hiking through the woods!
