Cordova Square is a great neighborhood playground for young kids and dogs!

Let imaginations run free at this pirate ship inspired playground! Kids can climb through tunnels, race up ladders, swirl down the big green slide and run free across two structures connected by a bridge. The playground sits on a bed of sand providing a cushion to any slips or trips. It also makes a great canvas for sand art, castle building, and sand toy play without the planning of a beach trip. Siblings of all ages can swing side by side as the baby swings are paired next to the big kid swings. The shaded pavilions nearby provide a place to sit and keep track of the little ones. Picnic tables are provided in the pavilion for a great place to enjoy a packed lunch or snack! 

Bring the dog along for a walk along the perimeter of the park which includes green space behind the playground. The paved sidewalk around the edges is stroller friendly for a leisurely walk or advanced scootering. Dogs are welcome and will enjoy the green area but note that there is no fencing to keep them close. There are no restrooms on-site. The playground is located in a friendly neighborhood and includes its own parking around the edges so there is plenty for everyone.
