Get into the Ninja spirit at Cornelia Warren Park and Playground.

The new Cornelia Warren park has something for everyone. The gated playground area features a rope climbing structure with platforms and monkey bars. The structures are low, which can help your child build confidence climbing.  The ground is soft and there are plenty of different types of climbing structures for all ages. The playground also has three types of musical playsets that the kids can play with. There is a play structure made with the little ones in mind that has slides, a climbing "hut" and plenty of balance climbing structures to build their confidence.

The ninja course features a running ramp, rope monkey bars, spider walk and various other fitness equipment. My boys love pretending they are on Ninja warriors as they navigate their way through the different obstacles.

The park also features a fenced-in baseball field with shaded bleacher seating. There is also a grassy area that has a putting green for the kids or adults to use. There is a walking path around the field that is about 1/4 mile so great for scooters or walking with the kids. The majority of the path is shaded as well, which is nice on a hot, sunny day.

There are four picnic tables under the gazebo structures plus plenty of seating in and around the park. Plenty of parking in the parking lot and a port-a-potty.

Cornelia Warren Park is close to the Mighty Squirrel Brewery as well as the Beaver Brook Reservation so make a day out of this wonderful park!

The Head of Accounting and Boston Ambassador, Jenny has been living in Boston for almost 10 years. Before Boston, she lived in Washington, DC for 8 years, and previous to that grew up on Long Island, NY. Along the way, she spent a few months in Amsterdam with her family biking all around and exploring that beautiful city! Jenny has always enjoyed being active - from organized sports to jogging, and of course, being in the garden as much as possible when the weather is cooperative. She tries to include her children in all of her active hobbies. With two toddler boys, ages 3 and 5, she and her husband spend their time discovering new places and things to do in the New England area. Spending time outdoors in all types of weather and encouraging her children to love all seasons is very important to her - and so is helping and encouraging others to do the same. Jenny and her family love spending time at the beach, traveling, taking walks and hikes, and of course, finding new playgrounds!
