This little bakery was a hidden gem for us! We don't always have time to venture up to the north metro, but once I heard there was an amazing from-scratch bakery here, I knew the girls would love to try it. Well, ok, I totally wanted to try it too! Sometimes I try to blame our sweet tooth on the kids, but it's typically my idea (yes, I'm totally busted, ha!).

There are many things that set this special bakery apart from all the others in the Twin Cities. Krown is known as a leading bakery in Minnesota for special dietary restrictions, including Celiac, gluten-free, food allergies, Veganism, and religious restrictions. I think that's super cool that the owners try so hard to offer a safe place where customers can know their dietary restrictions can be met. Even though our family does not have such restrictions, we have many friends and family who do, and I appreciate this.

Krown Bakery has been serving up delicious treats since 2011 and has been acclaimed in the Twin Cities for many years. They specialize in Nordic and European bakery items and only use natural ingredients. In addition to single baked goods, they also offer beautiful party packs, as well as artisan bread, sandwiches, smoothies, and salads.

My kiddos were fascinated by the beautifully hand-decorated, detailed cookies, and I always enjoy their delight in such simple pleasures. We highly recommend a visit to this fantastic, special bakery in Minneapolis!
