Play Up High with the Whole Family on this Indoor Ropes Course at the Union Hotel!
After we visited the St. Louis Aquarium, we ended our visit near the Ropes Course inside the Union Hotel. My girls begged me to let them try it and, for only $5/child for the Sky Tikes, we decided to give it a go! My girls are 6 and 5 and they really enjoyed the Sky Tikes which is made for visitors under 48 inches tall. The highlight was the "zip line" and which was surprisingly fun for my girls but it would have been doable for much smaller toddlers. We spent about ~30 minutes and had the place relatively to ourselves. It was a great place to practice agility, hand / eye / foot coordination and for the kids to get some energy out.
For older children or for more advanced 6 year olds, you may want to try the general admission (though note that guests 12 and under must be accompanied by a paid adult 18+ and all participants must wear shoes with a closed back for the bigger General Admission course). The bigger course looked like it would have been a lot of fun for older children and there were also a lot of adults enjoying themselves! I'd love to come back when my kids are older.
This was a great activity for a cold, rainy day!
