If You Love Burgers, You have to Make a Stop at Snuffy's Malt Shop!

When you find out a place has been flipping burgers for a solid 36 years going strong, you know there must be a reason behind it, or more likely, several reasons behind it. This is certainly true about Snuffy's Malt Shop.

When I took the girls here recently, I realized it's been years since I've been to Snuffy's - it was before I had kids! I knew they would love this place as much as I do. Everything at Snuffy's tastes delicious - from their giant quarter-pound burger patties to their neverending list of different malts to try, and their seasoned french fries - you can't choose wrong. Snuffy's has won numerous awards, including being voted "Best Place to Bring the Kiddos," "Best Milkshakes," and, my personal favorite - "Best Excuse to Become a Carnivore" (yes, this one made me laugh).

I bought my kiddo's burgers here and promised to bring them back sometime soon for a milkshake. If it's any testament to the quality, those burgers disappeared so fast I didn't get a chance to photograph them! That definitely says something to me.

Even though we took our burgers to go, my kiddos were enchanted by the 50's retro vibe of this place, and they were excited to try their hand at the 50 cent candy machine. All three of us had a blast, and yes, I did feel a bit like a kid again.

I highly recommend this place.
