This park really surprised me with how beautiful it is, and how much it has to offer.

This park is really quite nice and definitely stands out from the crowd. Now that we've discovered this park, we'll definitely be visiting here more often.

The heart of this park is the playground, at least for kids the age of mine. And it's a really lovely, new playground. In addition to the playground, this park also a football/soccer field, hard court, skating rink and roller hockey, picnic area and shelter building, and tennis courts. There are also lovely bike and stroller-friendly paved trails. The most unexpected feature of this park?....horseshoes! Yep, that's pretty unexpected here in Minnesota. But so fun!!

The kids' absolute favorite part of the playground itself was the merry-go-round, hands down. They were beyond delighted! They honesty were utterly transfixed by the merry-go-round, taking turns spinning each other and jumping on and off, making silly faces, and seeing who could spin it the fastest. Who knew a merry-go-round could bring so much joy?! The playground was just great all-around, offering swings, slides, tunnels, climbing structures, steps and just about anything else you can think of. And it was all high-quality and well-maintained. I love that this park features "racing slides" as we call them...side by side slides that allow for racing each other down. It's the simple joys, folks!

After having a blast chasing your kiddos around Spring Hill Park, head down the road to Nothing Bundt Cakes and choose a delicious treat to share!
