Story Hive Yoga for Kids
This video is structured like a real yoga class with breathing, setting an intention, and following along. This video is engaging and playful, but probably best for older kids who don’t have to rely on cartoonish animations to keep their attention for the full 30 minutes.

Yoga for Beginners Kids
This 20-minute yoga class is great for pre-school ages, especially because the video shows the instructor teaching to a room of kids, so it is easier for them to follow along.

Rainforest Adventure Yoga
If you have an Amazon Prime account, you can access this 20-minute yoga class for kids that centers around teaching about animals and the rain forest. This class is faster-paced and should keep even younger kids engaged.

PoserKids Yoga
PoserKids has an entire season of episodes on Amazon Prime, and each video centers around a lesson or real-world scenario that kids may have to deal with. One focuses on going to the dentist or dealing with bullies. This series teaches kids to be mindful in everyday situations and teaches yoga poses along the way. Episodes are about 15 to 20 minutes long each.

Rub Your Hands
If your child doesn’t tend to commit to full yoga programs, start their journey off slowly by teaching them this amazing song. For moments of frustration, sadness, anger - really any emotion - this song (and the associated motions) will set them on the fast track to a smile and a sense of peace in any situation. Here’s a demonstration by sweet little Emma!
