Amazon Park playground is one of the best parks in Eugene.

Amazon Park is a 100-acre park with a dog park, a community center, a swimming pool, a fully inclusive playground, and many trails. The playground has a bathroom and parking close by. Benches and picnic tables surround the playground, including a picnic table with wheelchair access. The sidewalk is wide to allow access to wheelchairs.

This playground is Eugene's first fully Inclusive playground. It has spinners with back support, ADA swings, big kid and baby swings, and musical instruments. It's great for all ages and very clean. The astroturf is great for babies because you don't have to worry about them putting the bark chips in their mouths. There are two play structures. The bigger play structure has a large ramp to allow wheelchairs, balance beams, stepping stones, monkey bars, a spot for imagination play, tunnels, and slides. The other play structure has slides, climbing, and a lilypad walk with steps. The fire truck is a great place to pretend to be a firefighter. There's a big dinosaur with bark chips surrounding it, which was a hit with the kids. They liked climbing and sliding down the dino.

This playground can get busy, but it's pretty large, so it doesn't feel too crowded. There are multiple grassy areas where you can either have a picnic or play lawn games. Viking Braggot Southtowne Pub is a few minute's drive away if you are looking for a late lunch or early dinner during the weekdays or lunch on the weekends.
