Bailey Elementary School Playground is a one-of-a-kind spot to bring your littles when they need to burn a lot of energy.

As soon as you arrive, head towards the back of the school and be mesmerized by this obstacle course of a playground. So many different activities and equipment are all in one location!

The playground is made of wood chips, so I suggest closed-toed shoes. There are so many different areas of fun going on here. There are plenty of big kid swings to go around, a basketball hoop in the parking lot, a typical large climbing structure with slides, a fire pole, a small zip line, and monkey bars. But the highlight of this playground was the ninja-type obstacle climber. So many ways to climb, swing, and explore. It was incredible! It didn't seem like it had set "directions" so kids could just do what they felt comfortable with.

There is one bench for parents or caregivers to sit on while the kids play, but I wouldn't expect to be sitting much, depending on your kids' ages and the amount of equipment here. Also, it is only available for use after the after-school kids' program is over or on weekends because it is a school. Another downfall is no bathrooms or porta-potties.

If you have school-aged kids or even older preschool ages, I highly recommend stopping here. There is so much for them to do here to burn energy. After, swing by Bridgeman's Ice Cream and grab a sweet treat.
