Summer brings a new perspective to the resort with so many opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. During the summer enjoy adventurous hiking, alpine lakes, mining sluice at Silver Creek Mining, horseback riding, dining, and Crystal Sky Camp. Crystal Sky Camp is located in the shadow of Mt. Rainer and is an outdoor glamping experience. It's a wonderful place to escape with friends and family, and a spot for weddings, events, and group retreats. The hiking is spectacular with wonderful views and challenge.

There is also the gondola ride up the 2,400 vertical mountain to find breathtaking views of Mt Rainer. You will also be a short walk away from the Summit House, which is Washington's highest elevation restaurant.
