Get ready to bounce your way into some fun with Defy Indoor Trampoline Park in Nashville.

Located south of Nashville, in Brentwood, Defy Nashville is full of family fun. A collection of extreme air sports, Defy is breaking the norms and allowing freedom and creatitivy to explore. They have foam pits, silk ropes, a ninja course, basketball - there is something for everyone to do! Kids, and well adults too, have so much fun bouncing, climbing, competing with each other, bouncing off the walls literally, and so much more. Want a unique birthday, have it at Defy and bring all of your friends to party with you.

Have young children? Defy offers a KidJump time Monday - Friday from park opening until noon, where "one accompanying parent of a jumper 6 and younger may jump for free with purchase of a KidJump ticket." This allows the parent to jump with your child otherwise you have to purchase a Flight ticket for both you and your child during noon to closing and on weekends. Other aged children are allowed in during this time as well and not limited to just children 6 and younger.

All that jumping making you hungry? Dont worry, they have a small cafe with a variety of snacks and drinks available for purchase.

Defy Indoor Trampoline Park is a great place to take the family, especially when outdoors is too wet, too hot, or too cold! Check it out for you next family adventure. Follow them on Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram @defyparks for the latest updates and happenings.

Tips:

It can get crowded so watch little ones and hang out in the age-appropriate areas. Note: there is no snack area!

Do the waiver at home and purchase tickets in advance, not only do you save time when you arrive but certain days and times can be sold out.

You must buy their socks, which are $3 a pair, however you can bring these back each time you come.

If you dont plan to jump, then tickets are free but you do need to reserve in advance to have a spot.

Get the monthly membership to save if you plan to visit all month long.
