Dingle Park and Playground, located in St. Paul Park, is " a fantastic toddler-friendly park.  

As soon as you drive down the quiet street and pull up to this park you will notice how cute it is for the kiddos. It might not be big and brand-new but all the equipment here is amazing and catches your eye. The red fire truck, classic merry-go-round spinner, swings for all ages, a bright blue side and the sand diggers. All of it is great. I cannot remember the last time I saw one of the merry-go-round playground equipment pieces at a park, my kids played on it forever. And I got a workout spinning it. The diggers were a fun addition, better for older kids but the sand spot is a great spot for littles to play. The climber and slide aren't huge and they are definitely better suited for kids 5 or 6 and younger. 
 

There is plenty of seating here for parents. Under the little pavilion is a single picnic table, perfect for parents or caregivers to sit and it's a good spot to get out of the sun to have a snack in the summertime. We visited in the very early spring and there was no porta potty, I'm not sure if once summer hits the city puts them out. 

I definitely recommend this playground if you have younger kids, it's such a great little spot. After a visit here, head over to Broadway Bar and Grill and grab a pint and delicious burger.
