Cool off this summer and play all year at Germonds Park!

Located in Bardonia, Germond Park is your summertime destination. With three public swimming pools, there is something for everyone in the family to enjoy. One pool is deep and used for diving and the 151-foot water slide. The next pool is Olympic-sized for playing and doing laps. While the last pool is a wading pool for kids up to age seven that has a spray dragon in the middle. There are some shaded spots around the pool areas where you can lay out a picnic blanket to cool off. There is a bathhouse to change and use the restroom in before and after the pool use. 

The playground, which was newly refurbished in 2020, has a poured-in rubber surface making accessibility for all. The playground features two structures for both younger and older kids. The smaller structure has steps, climbing, a slide, and is partially covered. The larger playground structure has steps, slides, a bridge, and pretend play. There is also a swing set with both traditional swings and baby swings. The restrooms are near the playground. 

Germonds Park has an 18-hole mini-golf course set up near the pool area. The course is well shaded and great for a little family fun.  Germonds Park also has six baseball fields and two basketball courts. There are several picnic shelters around the park. They can be rented out for a small fee. 

The park hosts several festivals, flea markets, concerts, and other seasonal activities throughout the year. A beautiful park for residents and visitors alike. Check this park out for your next adventure.
