Get ready to cool off at this city park in Nanuet!

Located south of Bardonia in Nanuet, Lake Nanuet Park has a public pool for swimming with a water slide plus a bathhouse and concession stand, playground, picnic areas, and lighted ball fields. The pool has a zero-entry which makes it great for the little ones plus small sprayers and a toddler water slide shaped like a frog. On the deeper side of the pool, there is an anchored raft for kids to hang and play on. There are larger slides for the adults and older kids. The pool can get crowded on the weekend so if you can, go during the week. There is no shade around the pool but some near the edge of the tree line. Bring an umbrella to sit under or a pop-up tent. The bathhouse is clean and has private stalls for changing. There is exterior rinse-off showers outside of the bathhouse. The concession stand has burgers, sandwiches, ice cream, soda, and coffee.

There is a small playground with a small and larger play structure and swings both traditional and baby. The larger playground structure has a slide, climbing, and steps. The toddler play structure has a slide, climbing, and steps as well. The playground is mostly in the sun but does have mature trees around it. So depending on the part of the day it can be shaded or in full sun. The playground area is fenced in which is great for little ones who like to run off.

This well-mainted park and pool is perfect for Nanuet area locals (residents of the Town of Clarkstown). Check this park out for your next adventure.
