Do you have a little one that likes to climb? Then check out Luuwit View Playground!

Luuwit View Park has a very unique playground that I haven't seen in other parks. There's a large parking lot that's close to the playground. Bathrooms are between the parking lot and playground. They were clean, but didn't have a baby changing area.

The first section of the playground has a slide with a turf slope, a small merry-go-round, sit and spin, baby swings, and a large climbing structure. I've seen many kids and adults have difficulties climbing up the slope so many walk around to get to the slide. The poured rubber ground cover is great for new walkers and crawlers.

The climbing structure has a netting interior with a metal outer frame. It has a couple of rope ladders to climb to the middle. Kids are able to climb and swing from the ropes inside. There's a couple of benches around this area to sit and relax. Between the two play areas, you can find xylophone and aluminum chimes. You will also find a sandpit and small water feature. Don't forget the towels and sunscreen. The second play area has a larger spherical rope play structure. Without any rope ladders helping children to get the middle, this one is more challenging. There's also two big kid swings and two ADA swings in this area. The rubber mounds are great for climbing, running, and jumping. There's a couple of picnic tables in this area for a lunch or snack. The large grassy area is great for lawn games, a picnic, or kicking a ball around.

Note: a few times we visited this playground, it was really windy.
