Murase Plaza Park is home to the best splash pad and off-leash dog park in Wilsonville. 

Murase Plaza Park is part of Memorial Park with many amenities of its own. Here you will find a splash pad, two shelters that are reservable, a reservable barn, paved trail, and a playground. The splash pad is available from mid June to mid September. There's a shelter and bathrooms close by. You can also bring a picnic blanket and watch the kids have so much fun. Don't forget towels, sunscreen, and swimsuits. Animals are not allowed in the splash pad area, but are welcomed in other parts of the park. 

The playground at Murase plaza has two play structures; one for younger kids ages 2-5 and the other from ages 5-11. The smaller play structure has slides, a climbing net, and ramps to run on. The bigger play structure has a bridge, slides, and tunnel. There's a cute little rocking horse, 24-foot long slide which is a hit with the kids, teeter-totter, and climbing structure. There are no traditional swings, but they have ADA swings and a couple of spider web swings by the barn. The bathrooms here are open all year and are very clean with a baby changing station. 

The barn in this area can be rented from mid April to mid October. It's a popular spot for family photos, weddings, receptions, and parties. Currently, they are having story time on Thursday mornings. Behind the barn there's an off-leash dog park and community garden. This is the only park in Wilsonville with an off-leash dog park so don't forget the dog. 

This part of the park is across the street from the library, Safeway, and many shops and restaurants.
