O Blaxos is a small, family run Greek restaurant serving organic meals from breakfast through dinner.

O Blaxos is a newer (opened in late 2019), casual, family-friendly restaurant with great hospitality and yummy Greek food. The outdoor seating is located in the parking lot with a convenient side window that allows for easy picking up of to-go orders or grabbing a quick homemade gelato or ice cream.

For breakfast, O Blaxos serves fare like sandwiches, omelets, crepes, and wraps. Hot and iced coffee, chai, and other drinks are available all day. The Lunch/Dinner menu is the same with lighter choices like salads, soups, burgers, gyros, and sandwiches. Traditional Greek entrees include Moussaka, Lamb, and Makaronia me Kima (Greek spaghetti bolognese). We love that they use organic vegetables, fruits, and dairy products and the meat is 100% halal, antibiotic and hormone-free, grass-fed, non-GMO and USDA Certified.

The kids' meals are $11 and definitely enough for more than one meal. Choices include chicken, a burger, or gyro with fries and a kids' juice. I appreciate that you can substitute rice or broccoli for the fries. The menu is pretty extensive with options for most eaters. Vegetarian items include falafel, wraps, and stuffed eggplant.

The food doesn’t take too long to prepare so if you’re starving or with young children, you should be OK! They also deliver to Wayne, Lincoln Park, Totowa, Woodland Park, Pequannock, Packanack Lake, Pompton Plains, Pompton Lakes, and Riverdale with a $30 minimum if you don’t want to leave the house.
