Find the inner kid in you or bring your kids to the family-friendly Precarious Beer Project!
Located in the heart of downtown Williamsburg, the Precarious Beer Project is always pushing the boundaries on craft beers. They love trying radical new processes or perfecting the more traditional styles. They brew everything from IPAs, porters, stouts, sours, Belgium's, and pilsners. You can find their updated selections on the app Untapped. They also sell to-go beers in four-packs and 24.5 oz growlers.
Inside the brewery, they have the Electric Circus Taco Bar. They are serving up tacos, bowls, burritos, quesadillas, snacks, and sweet treats. You can enjoy tacos like the gringo with ground beef, lettuce, pico, and cheese, the smashville hot with hot chicken, cabbage slaw, house pickles, and holler back sauce, blackened tuna with ahi tuna, ginger slaw, wasabi smear, sriracha aioli, and cilantro, and pork belly BLT with lettuce, smoked pork belly, pico, and arugula aioli, to name a few. The burritos include cheeseburger in paradise, pollo cordon azul, and chimichanga. Snack bites feature wings, nachos, chips and salsa, hush puppies, and chips and queso. There are sweet treats like churros, pineapple empanadas, and fried Oreos. For non-alcoholic drinks, they have bottled sodas, Diet Coke, and cold brew coffee.
They have two sections of arcade games like pinball, street fighter, PacMan, fruit ninja, nerf game, and others as well as shuffleboard and air hockey. There is ample indoor seating as well as two outdoor patios.
This is a great brewery to bring the family to. You can follow them on Facebook and Instagram @precariousbeerproject for the latest updates.
