Richard Walker Pancake House is a family-owned restaurant with locations throughout the country, including San Diego, California. Around our city, you will find this tasty spot settled in Carlsbad, Del Mar, La Jolla and Downtown. For this instance, our information will refer specifically to their Downtown location.

This Pancake House has a relaxed ambiance with modern decor that makes you feel like you're eating your home-cooked meal in style. The downtown location has inside seating as well as an outdoor patio that sits in front along the sidewalk, perfect for people watching on a busy weekend morning. The patio is dog-friendly. Their menu focuses on breakfast and lunch with a special menu for the kiddos along with booster seats, highchairs and kids' water cups. Their Belgian waffle with fruit and bacon has been a popular item with our children over the years. There is not a parking lot available but street metered parking runs along many of the surrounding streets - free on Sundays and holidays.

Set up off Front Street and Market Street in the Marina district this location is just a hop away from the Embarcadero which is packed with family fun activities to fill the rest of your day! Walk on over to the USS Midway Museum, The New Children's Museum, The Waterfront Park, Seaport Village and so much more.

In addition to traditional dine-in and takeout, curbside pickup is also available and you can order delivery with Doordash. An extra bonus is that breakfast is served until close (2:30pm).
