The large spacious playground at Ruach Hachaim is enjoyed by both children and adults.

Located in the city of Monroe, Ruach Hachaim Park is a favorite amongst the locals. This 283-acre park has four playgrounds featuring unique structures all different in each section. One area features three slides that go down the length of a large hill and a zip line. Wile another area features a large climbing dome with a slide to go down at the top, spinning equipment, swings (both traditional and baby), picnic tables, and covered benches. A third area features another dome, a climbing jungle gym with slides, bars to hang on, picnic tables, and covered benches. There is a fenced-in preschool-age area with a pretend play blue Jeep to play on, a covered sandpit, free-standing slides, seesaw, log house, swings and a couple of picnic tables. With only one entrance to the park, it makes it easier to make sure your kids are staying inside the park. This park is used during the day by the local Jewish community and open to the public in the afternoon and evenings.

In the summertime, the park can get very hot. There is very little shade so the equipment can get fairly warm. Bring an umbrella for shade or hang out in one of the gazebos to cool off.

The park is well maintained and the grounds are beautiful. Paved walkways will take you to each section of the park making it easy to push a stroller around. There is a large covered gazebo to sit under and enjoy watching your kids play. Bring a snack or a picnic dinner and enjoy the afternoon and evening at this park.
