Located in Monroe, Tulcingo is bringing Mexican flare for brunch, lunch, and dinner. Start your day off with huevos rancheros and several choices of omelets. For lunch and dinner, they are serving up all of your favorite Mexican dishes. Start with nachos, flautas, freshly made guacamole, stuffed mushrooms, tostadas, fried scallops, clams, or shrimp. Then choose from entrees like tacos, burritos, quesadillas, enchiladas, chimichangas, fajitas, and gorditas. They also have chicken and steak specials like pollo asado, pollo rancheros, and carne asada. Tulcingo has several seafood dishes like seafood combos with shrimp, scallops and clams, broiled salmon, broiled filet of tilapia, sautéed shrimp,and more. They also have burgers and sandwiches. The kids' menu features a burger, chicken fingers, nuggets, hot dog, quesadilla, and grilled chicken.
