Veterans Memorial Park has many options for fun outdoor activities!

Veterans Memorial Park is one of the best parks in Richfield! With seasonal activities, paved walking trails, a playground, mini-golf (seasonal), the Richfield Outdoor Pool (seasonal), and much more, your family is sure to make this park a family favorite.

In the summer, the on-site pavilion hosts the Richfield Farmers Market every Saturday morning. Dates vary, but the Farmers Market is typically held May - October. Vendors offer items that range from fresh produce to cheese and meat to prepared foods. The Richfield Outdoor Pool is also located at Veterans Memorial Park, with its own parking lot and entrance. In summer, the park also boasts the Wheel Fun Rentals Mini Golf Course and Malt Shop, where families can enjoy fun 18 holes of mini-golf! 

In late November and December, the pavilion is turned into a winter wonderland, selling Christmas trees, wreaths, and other holiday favorites. In addition, families can find an ice rink on-site during the cold winter months.Typically, a warming house is also available.

All year round, families can enjoy the playground and paved walking and biking trails.Veterans Memorial Park Loop is about a 1.4 mile moderately trafficked loop with gorgeous views of woods and a pond. It's perfect for families with strollers and little walkers, as well as those with preteens and teens. Plus, leashed dogs are also welcome on the trail. On the huge playground, families will adore the many opportunities for big and little kids to play. There is a special toddler section featuring things to climb in, swings, and more. The big kid area offers a huge climbing structure, zip-line, swings, slides, and more. Kids won't want to leave this amazing playground!

On-site, portable toilets are seasonally offered. There are large parking lots throughout the park, all of which are free to use.
