Wesley Lynn Park is 17.5 acres with a playground, ball fields, and lots of space to run.

Located two miles from many restaurants, Wesley Lynn Park is a great stop. There's one big playground with two play structures. It's a little walk from the parking lot, which is nice when you have toddlers who love to run. There are swings, lots of climbing, including a big climbing wall, lots of slides, and an exciting teeter-totter. Instead of the person across from you going up and down, it's the person diagonal from you.

There are two baseball fields, a bathroom, and a covered shelter with many picnic tables surrounding the playground. Perfect spot for hosting a party. The covered shelter is reservable so book ahead because it can get busy. There's a paved trail perfect for a bike or scooter but doesn't go all around the park. Don't forget the dog because there is an off-leashed area at the back of the park. The large grassy areas are great for lawn games and running up and down the many small hills.

Bring a picnic blanket with water, snacks, or lunch. There weren't any picnic tables other than under the shelter. There's also not much shade, so make sure to have sunscreen. Bathrooms were clean but didn't have a changing area. The park is always clean and well-maintained. We hope you enjoy this park as much as we do.

How to get there: Google maps took me down Silverfox parkway and said I had arrived, which is incorrect. Instead, go down South Meyers Road and turn onto Frontier Parkway. You will see a big parking lot and the park.
