Wild Health Field is Lexington's home to some fantastic Minor League Baseball!
Wild Health Field is home to two of Central Kentucky's minor League baseball teams. The Lexington Legends and the Wild Health Genomes both use the field as their home turf. The stadium seats close to 7,000 people and has a party deck and air conditioned suites that are available to rent. The stadium comes alive during baseball games with Music and the staff work hard to hype up the crowd.
Parking begins at $4 a car and you can park right outside the stadium for $6. I do recommend that if you are able to walk, without any issues, that you park a little further away from the stadium. Balls have been known to breach the stadium walls and land in the parking lot.
The stadium layout offers several options for restrooms and snacks so waiting in line is not an all day excursion. They also have a kids section that houses fun activities and a bounce house for kids that might need to get out of their seat during that 7th inning stretch. The Legends often end their games with a fantastic fireworks display! The schedule for the teams varies. Some games are weeknights and some are weekends so it's easy to find a game that fits your schedule.
Occasionally the field hosts concerts and other activities. In the past they have hosted yoga events on the field and a local music festival called Red, White and Boom!
It's a great way to spend an evening with family, friends, or just by yourself!
