Don Fox Park has all you'd want in a park - a massive playground, a wading pool and splash pad, walking trails, a volleyball court, and lots of green space!

Don Fox community park really is all you could want in an outdoor space. Upon parking, there are several directions to go. At the center of the park is a wading pool/splash pad that is open during the summer (check their website for up-to-date information on opening and closing dates each season). There is a sand volleyball court beside the wading pool as well. 

The main drawing point of this park is the HUGE combination of playgrounds, including one that was recently renovated. There is a 25,000 square foot wooden play structure and a 10,000 square foot playground that is handicap accessible. These two playgrounds are fully fenced in and have all kinds of amenities like tire swings, monkey bars, climbing walls, instruments, and a rope course. There is a third additional smaller playground in a different area of the park that is not fenced in, but has smaller toddler-friendly equipment. 

There is a 2.5 mile walking track that goes around the whole park that has beautiful scenery around each turn. It can be used for walking, bicycling, and skateboarding. There is also a smaller quarter-mile track that goes around the middle of the park for walking. There is a 9-station fitness center for those wanting a workout! 

Several pavilions and picnic tables are available, as well as grills. Several areas of the park are very shaded by mature trees, but certain spots of the playgrounds may be in direct sunlight during parts of the day.
