For the Under 6 Age Group, Harrigan Greens Has a Great Variety of Equipment for Hours of Play!

Harrigan Greens is a toddler-friendly park in the Fiddyment Farms neighborhood of West Roseville. The playground and play structure are toddler-friendly and suited to young school-aged children or younger. The play structure is a great place to explore new climbing skills, go down slides that are not too high, and practice balancing on the wobbly bridge. The play structure is partially shaded by shade sails and there is a covered pavilion, making it a great place to play during the hotter months of the year. The grassy field is always meticulously maintained and is a great place for a picnic if the weather is nice.

The park also features baby swings, big kid swings, and a tire swing. The tire swing is a true tire swing and is the only one I’ve seen in the area so far. It’s great for fulfilling the need for motion in young children and it’s fun to get four kids all piled on at once! There is a rocket bouncy seat that has entertained my kids for far longer than I would have thought (isn’t it always the things you least expect?!) and a spinning wheel that can get pretty exciting when it’s spinning around. There is also a tic tac toe board that can keep older kids entertained if the play structure isn’t challenging enough. Unfortunately, there are no restrooms available at Harrigan Greens so be sure to have the kids go beforehand!
