Luke Jensen Sports Park is a beautiful large park complete with sports fields and a playground.

This is the perfect spot to bring your sport-loving kids! With three synthetic turf fields set up for soccer, softball, and baseball, two grass turf softball and baseball fields you will have no problem finding a place to play or practice with your littles! The turf is great getting outside and not getting your feet drenched in the rain. It’s also a great sensory experience for toddlers. My little one loves feeling the turf under her feet and collecting the little pebbles. The little pebbles may be a hazard for children still at the “putting everything in their mouth” phase. The soccer fields are huge and are able to be broken up into smaller fields, especially for younger players. On a weeknight you will find teams practicing but there are always fields open, even on a busy night.

Don't forget to check out the playground!

There is a dynamic playground on the east side of the park. It has a large metal slide, two small slides, a tiered play structure, and an obstacle structure! This is great for your littles that are not into playing soccer all day. The playground has views of the entire park so you can watch one child play while another slides! The playground is too far from the softball and baseball fields to be able to keep an eye on them.

Flush restrooms are available in the middle of the park. This is also the location of the Bud Van Cleve Community Room which is available during the hours of operation. The community room and fields are available for reservation.
