Shepherd Elementary School Playground in Northwest, Washington, DC

This is a lovely, enclosed, neighborhood playground attached to Shepherd Elementary School.  The playground has a rubber surface and features a natural look, including faux logs and climbing rocks.  There is a simple slide structure and ropes between rocks to hang from as well.  The playground is adjacent to an astroturf soccer field.  Bring a hat and sunscreen as the playground only has partial shade.
