Start your day at South Block with delicious acai bowls and smoothies in DC.
South Block is a DC staple and local favorite. The smoothies and warrior bowls are delicious, healthy, and made-to-order. You can add protein, collagen, bee pollen, hemp hearts and more. Also available, fresh pressed and raw juices (15 different juices to choose from), toasts (avocado toast is our favorite), and power snacks (grab a pack of dough balls if you want a healthy, vegan version of cookie dough). And if you're looking for a twist on "regular" water, try Mint Water, Rose Water, or Alkaline Water.
If you need a pick-me-up, there’s a full-service coffee bar with espresso drinks, coffees, and teas. In the summer, I enjoy the Iced Oat Milk Latte and love Bulletproof coffee in the winter.
Our favorite menu items are açai warrior bowl, super green smoothie (add ginger if you want an extra kick), mango mania, greens juice, glow juice, and avocado toast with extra hemp hearts. (See, it’s hard to pick just one item).
