Head to West Hills Park and Playground for some fun outdoor adventure the whole family will enjoy!

West Hills Park and Playground are located in Santee. This park is large enough for the little ones to run around and kick a soccer ball. This was our first time visitng the park and we couldn't help but admire the beautiful mountain view along with the many trees that provide shade to the playground. There are two play structures for different age groups. Our favorite thing about the park was the natured log-themed playground structures. The play area is large and features a fun crawling tunnel, bridges, slides, swings, a small playhouse and a few educational playground activities. The playground area does have rubber surfacing and partial sand for the kiddos who enjoy playing with their sand toys.

Some of the parks anemties include barbecue grills, a concession stand (seasonal), playground equipment, gazebos, clean restrooms, a volleyball court with sand, a large grassy area and plenty of parking. 

This park is one of the many beautiful parks located in the city of Santee, so far this one is our favorite because of how peaceful and fun it was for the kids. We played at the playground for a bit then went to venture on to the grass field to play baseball, we had such an amazing day and if you are to visit the park with your family we hope it is as enjoyable.

After a productive day at the park head over to Kadeem Meister, they serve delicious acai bowls and cold-brew coffee. Or you can visit our personal favorite, Handels Homemade Ice Cream, where there are a variety of unique flavors the kids will surely enjoy.
