Cafe Tivoli offers some of the best authentic Italian food in all of Bergen County. The family-owned restaurant business has been around for 40 years. We recommend visiting for a nice planned sit-down family meal as compared to simply grabbing a quick bite with your kids. They offer both lunch and dinner, as well as amazing dessert options. The kids' menu includes many Italian classics, such as baked ziti, spaghetti and meatballs and chicken parmigiana with ziti, but also has some classic kids meals like chicken fingers or a cheeseburger with fries. The mozzarella bread from the kid's menu looks absolutely amazing as well. All of the kids' meals are under $11, including a drink.

The adult menu is definitely the mid-price point and includes a great wine list that many parents love. Their pasta meals all look amazing, and they also offer many seafood meals. You can also enjoy a pizza oven-cooked pie or cold sandwich if you aren’t in the mood for a giant meal. As I mentioned before, the dessert is a must no matter what kind of meal you’re enjoying. There are so many options, such as double chocolate cake, cannolis, tiramisu, cheesecake, and the classic ice cream dessert. All of the desserts are affordable, averaging at about $4. This restaurant does charge $4 per person to share plates and has a minimum food charge per person of $6 on weekends after 5 pm, so that is something to keep in mind.
