Endicott Park is the perfect place for a couple peaceful hours in nature.

There is private parking at Endicott, however, the park is located near the busy road and shopping center, so it doesn't give off a feeling of serenity initially. That said, the trail itself normally is not too crowded so it delivers a pleasant nature experience despite the bustling area.

At Endicott, the park features plenty to do for everyone to relax for a bit outdoors. You can follow the paved, stroller-accessible walking trail, which is also suitable for a good run. Part of the trail brings you past various park amenities. It features baseball fields and tennis courts for the kids to play, as well as soccer fields to run around. Not only this, but there are swings to play on. Be sure to wear sunscreen because these areas are not very shaded. If you would like to get out of the shade, there is a pavilion and a variety of picnic tables that you can sit at to enjoy a picnic lunch. You can also bring a picnic blanket and eat out under the sun in the grassy fields instead to enjoy the charming views. If you’d plan to continue along on the path, bikes are an option or even just take along a furry friend who is due for a walk, as the park is dog friendly. As you make your way down, make sure to keep an eye out for the variety of birdlife often encountered at Endicott. There are also swampy areas to explore for other wild creatures. The park is clean and picturesque and a great opportunity for a convenient fresh air jaunt.
