Moss Park in south Orlando is a great spot for a day of outdoor fun or an extended stay to camp in a location with playgrounds and facilities!

Moss Park is located in the Lake Nona neighborhood and is a great spot for a nice day out in the wild in Orlando! It's a great spot for camping, with many locals choosing this spot for a quick getaway due to its central location and diversity in amenities. The park has camping space for both individual families and multi-family groups, with 18 people per allowed on those 4 sites. Tent and RV camping are both available at this park, with grills, electricity, water and picnic tables available at each site. There are also 5 primitive sites for up to 450 tent campers that can be reserved. 

Moss Park also has great trails to discover, including some that merge into Split Oak Forest Hike, to make a full day and more of adventurous trail for those up for discovering the area. If you're looking to stay closer to home, you can also find playgrounds with pavilions, as well as lake access for fishing or boating to stay entertained. 

Looking to stock up before camping?  There is a Publix Supermarket about 10 minutes from the park to get all essentials; if you need camping essentials too, you can find a Walmart Supercenter 15 minutes away!  If you're looking to just spend the day here before enjoying the surrounding area, you can find a variety of restaurants in the Lake Nona or Laureate Park neighborhoods!
