The Norfolk Botanical Garden's award-winning light show is a magical holiday destination!

The spectacular light display is bound to elicit "oooh" s and "aaah" s from all members of your party, regardless of age. Each section is decorated with a different theme, from traditional North Pole characters to a magical underwater oasis. As you walk through, admiring the creative artistry of lights, the ground twinkles around you. It is a unique and enchanting experience to add to the holiday season. In addition, your ticket purchase helps to continue the Garden's non-profit mission to "immerse visitors in a world of beauty, lead through environmental action, and inspire through education and connection to nature." You can feel good knowing your money is going to a good cause.

They mean it when they call it the "Million Bulb Walk!" There are millions of lights decorating the entire expanse of the Botanical Gardens. The lights and decorations begin even before officially entering the walk, with snowflakes and gingerbread houses lining the drive to the parking lot. In addition, two giant lit nutcrackers stand at the entrance to the Visitor Center and Rose Garden Hall. Restrooms are located inside this building. Another restroom can be found along the route at the Butterfly Garden.

The entire walk is about one mile long, and is accessible for strollers and wheelchairs. There has been an option to drive through the gardens to view the lights in years past. However, this year, it is a walking-only event. A small stand sells hot chocolate, apple cider, and churros to make the walk even more enjoyable!
