Sandy Point Beach House Restaurant is great for the whole family.

For a fun restaurant excursion about fifteen minutes outside of Grand Haven, Sandy Point Beach House Restaurant is a beautiful indoor and outdoor space with bocce courts and a lively, relaxed atmosphere. Sometimes they host live music outside with local musicians and it is always super fun. The food is really good. The mac and cheese is made with real cheese, good for kids or adults. We also had a big pretzel, fish tacos (yum!!), a black and blue burger, and steak frites. Every bite was delicious and while the ambiance is quite nice, it still feels very family-friendly.

We went to Sand Point Beach House Restaurant for dinner, but they also offer breakfast and lunch that looks delicious. We visit after camping or hiking in Grand Haven State Park. If you're looking for dessert after your meal, Kilwins Ice Cream isn't too far by car. The Imagination Station Playground is also in town and is a great place to stop and play after your meal.
