Serrano is a great residential park in Orange!

Serrano Park and playground is located in a super cool neighborhood area of Orange. Enjoy great views while playing with the littles at the playground or hiking with the older kids up the hill. The playground has two structures, one designed for little kids and one made for older kids. The little kid structure has slides and the standard jungle gym, as well as many pretend play features for the kids to use their imagination. The big kids one has all of the cool climbing structures and monkey bars, and is enough to entertain kids for quite a while. The playground is partially shaded, but you should definitely still bring sunscreen.

There is a large open field, sand volleyball court, and full basketball court. There are great spots for older kids to play in while the others are at the playground, so be sure to bring any sports equipment they might want. Even bring a bike, scooter or stroller to make use of the great paved path around the grass area. There is something for the entire family to do here no matter their age and interests, so it is a great way to get the whole crew outside together!

Another great feature of the park is the sitting benches and picnic tables, where you can have a great meal with your whole crew. The picnic pavilion is mostly shaded. 

The best part of this park being located in a residential neighborhood is that it doesn’t get as busy as some other parks and playgrounds in the neighborhood.
